Kantoorkado.nl is a gift inspiration site. We keep things simple, including your data.

What we collect

• Nothing that identifies you. You do not need an account and we never ask for your name or email address.
• The Split tool calculates in your browser. Amounts, names and payment links you enter are not sent to our servers or stored anywhere.
• Anonymous visitor statistics, without cookies and without profiles, purely to see which pages are useful.

Links to bol.com

The gift links point to bol.com. If you buy something through such a link, Kantoorkado may receive a commission on it. After your click, bol.com places its own cookies on its own domain; the bol.com privacy policy applies to those. You never pay extra.

Gift moments and group cards

If you create a gift moment with the Organise tool, we store what you fill in: the name of the recipient, the occasion, the card messages including the names of the writers, and the organiser's payment link. That data sits behind an unguessable link, is not used for anything else, and the organiser can request deletion via hallo@kantoorkado.nl. We do not know who contributed or how much: payments run directly through the organiser's own payment link.

Secret Santa draws

For a name draw we store the participants' names and the assignments behind an unguessable link. The assignments are never shown to the organiser; only the participant sees their own name after clicking. We use no accounts and no email addresses.

QR codes

The QR codes in the Split tool and on the printable scan card are generated through api.qrserver.com. Only the link itself is sent to that service.
